Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Implement and maintain the Quality Management System / ISO 9001 &amp; IATF 16949.</li><li>Coordinate, plan, execute and support internal and external audits of the QMS.</li><li>Establishes and maintains the audit plan LPA</li><li>Analyze quality system performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Lead projects to enhance process efficiency and reduce non-conformities.</li><li>Manage Document Control module on Intranet</li><li>Review control and distribute Customer Quality Manuals.</li><li>Review control and distribute Customer Specific Requirements</li><li>Review of customer websites for performance verification and claims notifications.</li><li>Updates monthly customer satisfaction report</li><li>Supports daily scrap and production performance indicators.</li><li>Support to prepare weekly meeting report.</li><li>Support to prepare monthly BOS meeting report.</li><li>Has the authority to stop processes and/or shipments in case of quality, safety of logistical issues.</li><li>Participates in the plant overall VPS program and activities</li><li>Other duties deemed necessary by plant.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields</li><li>+3 years’ experience in similar position in quality fields </li><li>Automotive industry experience</li><li>Quality Systems (IATF 16949), PPAP (Customer and/or Supplier), PFD, PFMEA, PCP, LPAs, core tools, problem solving.</li><li>IAFT 16946 Internal auditor, certification desirable.</li><li>Knowledge in VDA 6.3</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
