Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled FAB Expert – Process Engineer to lead and optimize process engineering efforts for semiconductor fabrication (FAB) facilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment selection, and process flow optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovative solutions for process efficiency and cost optimization.Responsibilities:Process Design &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Develop and refine process workflows for semiconductor fabrication utilities Bulk Gases, Specialty Gases, UPW, DIW, ETPs, ZLD, Chemical Storage and Supply System.</li><li>Identify and mitigate process bottlenecks through continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Equipment &amp; Technology Integration:<ul><li>Assess and recommend equipment for the semiconductor utility systems based on process needs e.g. Bulk Gases, Specialty Gases, UPW, DIW, ETPs, ZLD, Chemical Storage and Supply System.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors for equipment selection, installation, and validation.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Standards:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to industry regulations (SEMI, ISO, OSHA, EPA, NFPA etc.).</li><li>Work with regulatory bodies and internal teams to meet safety and environmental requirements.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and facility planners for efficient utility layout designs.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align process requirements with project goals.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support training initiatives.</li></ul>Project Documentation:<ul><li>Understanding the utility requirements from TUM and prepare technical documentation, DBR, PFD, P&amp;ID, equipment specifications and reports.</li><li>Support feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for FAB projects.</li><li>Vendor evaluation and selection, Vendor Engineering Reviews</li><li>Piping Layouts / Piping Distribution, Isometric Drawing preparation, BOQ generations.</li><li>Process inputs for Control Logics.</li><li>Assist in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of FAB processes.</li></ul>
