The preferred location for this position is Vaasa. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.     Your role and responsibilities:    As an Agentic Automation Developer your will be responsible in designing, developing and maintaining process automations and having a proactive role in organizing trainings, workshops, supporting citizen developers and Process Automation experts. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of Process Automation team with diverse expertise.  Requirements for the position:  <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience building process automations with UiPath or other process automation tools, including both traditional RPA and agentic workflows</li><li>Proficient in designing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, orchestrating them effectively, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to leverage LLMs for agentic automation</li><li>Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)</li><li>Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems</li><li>Experience with DevOps practices and managing the automation lifecycle</li></ul> Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:  <ul><li>A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Willingness to share knowledge and support others, including citizen developers and Process Automation experts</li><li>Awareness of security, governance, and compliance best practices in automation environments</li><li>Curiosity to explore new technologies and drive innovation in automation practices</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul> Why you and us?       You are valued – as your true self.
