Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Generate and qualify leads through CRM, social media, referrals, and other channels, including managing product sample requests.Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, video meetings) to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Present products effectively and handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to support satisfaction and retention.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report key sales metrics and pipeline updates.Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to ensure smooth campaign alignment and customer handovers.Manage quotations, order processing (SAP), CRM updates (C4C), and track customer applications, competitors, and pricing trends.Support administrative tasks, maintain proper documentation, comply with safety and environmental regulations, and perform other assigned duties.<h1>Qualifications:</h1>Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification Five years’ proven experience in inside sales or a similar role Strong understanding of commercial tasks, including price quotations and negotiations. Familiarity with distributor relationship management and channel sales strategies. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics for sales.  Knowledge of sustainability principles and the ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build meaningful relationships.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.Proficiency in data literacy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
