Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Acquisition of Strategic IP Projects with our EPCs / First Fit OEMs  and End User customers, in the business segment of Hydrogen &amp; Alternative Fuels, in order to establish EagleBurgmann in these new markets</li><li>Identify market trends and decision makers and define EB sales approach </li><li>Present EagleBurgmann at Licensors / Technology Providers, understand their processes/technologies and develop sealing solutions for these new markets</li><li>Influence projects in the early Sales Funnel stage and get EB specified </li><li>Key project sales role in the global EagleBurgmann Organization, drive and deliver all project related activities, together with our local project team</li><li>Develop and execute sales and technical presentations at customers</li><li>Identify, and attend strategically aligned industry conferences/exhibitions/meetings</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Engineering degree, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience/qualification</li><li>Some experience/knowledge in project negotiation and coordination as well as working with Engineering Contractors and Licensors</li><li>Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical seals or capital project experience, in the New Energy industry (e.g. Hydrogen, Bio- / Alternative Fuels, Circular Economy etc.)</li><li>Proven track record in conducting international business and dealing with foreign cultures and business behaviors, confident attitude (internal and external)</li><li>Good social skills and the ability to collaborate are considered a prerequisite</li><li>High self-motivation and strong networking skills</li><li>Keen willingness to learn and develop new approaches</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
