Derapi is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager for Technical Programs and Customer Success. Reporting to Derapi’s President, this colleague will ensure the success of both our OEM partners and customers who use Derapi’s API to connect and manage distributed energy resources. You will guide new partners and customers through onboarding and technical implementation, support them in scaling integrations, help them realize value from their connections to the Derapi platform and grow their business with Derapi. Collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams, you will translate customer feedback into product improvements and new feature priorities.
