This is an opportunity to gain a comprehensive introduction to HR operations as part of a growing team at the forefront of the mobility industry.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Provide timely email support to employees on a variety of HR topics</li><li>Issue various employer certificates and keep our HR database up to date</li><li>Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits</li><li>Ensure that our drivers feel supported and help resolve their questions or concerns by optimizing systems and collaborating across teams</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Minimum of 1+ year of work experience in HR operations, customer service, operations, or a similar role</li><li>You speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)</li><li>You are a good communicator who can find right tone for different stakeholders</li><li>You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools, always seeking ways to gain efficiency. </li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Possibility to work 100% work from home, as long as you’re based in Germany.
