As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.THE ROLEAs a Warehouse Procurement Specialist at Runwise, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments including Field Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, and Logistics. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and purchasing goods for the field operations team and ensure that the entire organization has the resources it needs to operate effectively. You will be responsible for helping determine part needs and forecasting future needs and ensuring our supply matches demand. You will work closely with the Warehouse Inventory Lead on picking and packing, tech lead support, scheduling shipments, cycle counts, and more.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking, packing, and storage</li><li>Picking and packing install and service call bags and replenishing tech lead van stock</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop storage racks</li><li>Oversee procurement communication with others outside of the warehouse</li><li>Join and contribute on calls with manufacturers and vendors</li><li>Utilize tracking mechanisms to ensure the correct quantity of products are built and ready for the field</li><li>Build products as needed</li><li>Evaluate spending mechanisms, find suppliers, and analyze procurement data</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Use hand tools</li><li>Carry and use ladders safely</li><li>Build products with high-quality workmanship</li><li>Willing and able to work overtime as needed</li><li>Ability to work alone and with other employees</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels at Runwise</li><li>Ability to identify and implement process improvement mechanisms and document standard work</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of inventory-related or equivalent experience</li><li>High School diploma or GED. </li></ul>Runwise is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
