If you excel at developing frameworks, guiding partners, and elevating customer experience on a large scale, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on Lucid’s European operations.</p></div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p>Develop and Execute the European Collision Strategy</p><ul><li>Design and implement an innovative collision repair strategy aligned with Lucid’s brand standards across Europe.</li><li>Establish, grow, and manage a third-party body shop network to support expansion.</li><li>Build and lead the European collision repair program team as volume scales.</li></ul><p>Drive Partner Performance</p><ul><li>Monitor network performance using clear KPIs (e.g., safety, quality, cycle time, key-to-key, first-time-right, NPS).</li><li>Take proactive measures to address underperformance and disengage from non-compliant partners when necessary.</li></ul><p>Enable Parts and Distribution</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Parts &amp; Supply Chain teams to optimize body parts distribution processes in Europe.</li><li>Resolve escalations promptly to maintain repair flow.</li></ul><p>Ensure Compliance and Standards</p><ul><li>Embed and audit Lucid’s SOPs and Authorized Body Shop standards.</li><li>Implement corrective actions to close gaps and ensure compliance across the region.</li></ul><p>Adapt Tools for European Operations</p><ul><li>Partner with internal teams to tailor program software (e.g., Technical Information Portal, Network Management System) to European requirements.</li><li>Manage the rollout of diagnostic laptops and specialized tooling to approved shops.</li><li>Oversee estimating platforms (DAT/Audatex), network management systems, and act as subject matter expert for tooling program support and training.</li><li>Lead the network audit program.</li></ul><p> </p><strong>Experience</strong><ul><li>5–7 years of diverse automotive experience, including significant expertise in collision repair or vehicle painting.</li><li>Strong ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, teams, vendors, and business partners.</li><li>Previous experience with premium or electric vehicle brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche).</li><li>Proven track record in building and managing partner networks.</li><li>Prior experience managing a team.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.</li></ul><p> </p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or Management—or equivalent experience such as a German Master Craftsman qualification.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and readiness to work with internal systems (e.g., DMS).</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.</li><li>Valid Class B driver’s license.</li><li>Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span><em>Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
