As our IT advisor you will ensure professional and efficiency delivering expert-level technical support and incident resolution across first and second-line operations, ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of Scatec’s IT infrastructure. The role coordinates, assists, and trains end users in the effective use of computer hardware, software, and peripherals within Scatec’s systems across the MENA region, including Egypt, Tunisia, and Jordan.
