For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Conduct and lead technical research, data collection, and analysis across a range of renewable energy, battery storage, electric vehicle and transportation electrification, virtual power plant, demand response projects.</li> <li>Serve as a technical advisor and project manager and work directly with clients and program applicants. </li> <li>Provide excellent project management, customer engagement, and communications services. </li> <li>Summarize and communicate research results (in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and verbally). </li> <li>Facilitate technical exchanges with industry leaders, utility managers, and policymakers. </li> <li>Work independently or with minimal supervision to support a variety of research tasks. </li> <li>Support business development by contributing to and leading proposal efforts.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.</li> <li>Eight to ten years of professional work experience in the energy field (master’s degree may be substitute for up to 2 years' experience).</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in concepts related to renewable energy, battery storage, EVs, vehicle to everything (V2X), demand response, VPPs, and grid modernization.</li> <li>Preference for experience with utility-side system planning, design, and maintenance, distribution engineering, front-of-the-meter engineering, and interconnection engineering.</li> <li>Desire to be a consultant and develop innovative solutions to client problems; committed to curiosity, quality, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Experience in data analytics and coding platforms, such as Python, R, Git, and GIS is highly desirable.</li> <li>Passion for addressing society’s most pressing energy, climate, social and investment challenges.</li></ul>Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $100,000.
