<p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><ul><li>Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly</li><li>Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment</li><li>Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients</li><li>Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines</li><li>Implement and maintain effective project management systems and processes</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and innovative construction techniques to improve project efficiency</li></ul>
