We are seeking a Developer with strong expertise in C#, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud technologies to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, including Semantic Kernel, Kernel Memory, Azure AI Foundry, and the integration of multiple LLMs in advanced architectures such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).This role requires a balance of full-stack development skills with a forward-looking mindset on AI-driven application development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in production systems.We are offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in Dallas or Houston, TX.Key Responsibilities:Application Development<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Angular.</li><li>Develop complex data models and stored procedures using SQL Server.</li><li>Ensure best practices in secure coding, scalability, and maintainability.</li></ul>AI &amp; Cloud Integration<ul><li>Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.</li><li>Integrate multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) into production workflows.</li><li>Leverage Azure AI services including Semantic Kernel, Kernel Memory, and AI Foundry for intelligent application capabilities.</li><li>Develop, deploy, and manage applications in Azure Cloud with best practices around cost efficiency, resilience, and performance</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Collaborate closely with team architects and other developers in an Agile/SCRUM environment.</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay up to date on AI and cloud-native development trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks for adoption.</li><li>Ideal candidate understands how to work inside an Agile development team including knowledge of Agile estimation of practices.</li><li>Brings perspective on how we can improve or adapt processes to be more efficient, effective, or impactful when it comes to requirements, development, design, testing and estimating.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Problem solver with a practical mindset and ability to balance innovation with execution.</li><li>Strong collaborator and communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive and self-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Passionate about AI adoption and cloud-first architecture.</li><li>Shares the Agile mindset of the team and is willing and open to sharing ideas, concepts and perspectives with the team.</li></ul>
