We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Health, Safety and Environment Programs Team of the Ignitis Group, where you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment programs to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance across the organization, including international locations. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Developing and executing health, safety and environment (HSE) programs across all group companies, including international locations</li><li>Designing and organizing safety, health and environment training sessions, conducting training across the entire Group, including international locations, preparing training materials, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements</li><li>Designing and implementing HSE campaigns, communicating safety initiatives across the group</li><li>Preparing and updating HSE-related group documents (policies, standards, plans, procedures, and other internal regulations)</li><li>Working closely with various departments and Group companies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the safety culture</li><li>Participating in internal audits, monitoring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions, conducting risk assessments, if necessary, proposing and implementing preventive measures</li></ul>
