We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Renewables Latvia team. In this role, you will manage and ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, as well as repair of the electrical and electromechanical components of all existing assets in Latvia, including operational wind farms, solar facilities, battery energy storage systems, electrical networks, power substations, switchgear, and other power plant equipment. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Managing tasks and coordinating work of internal electrical technicians, and contractors</li><li>Organizing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, including inspections, repairs, and updating of technical documentation</li><li>Ensuring safety by managing emergency repairs, equipment shutdowns, and addressing risks to health, safety, and equipment integrity</li><li>Preparing and managing maintenance schedules, technical specifications, and procurement documentation</li><li>Monitoring spare parts inventory and collaborating with logistics for procurement</li><li>Participating in testing, commissioning, and technical due diligence of repaired or reconstructed equipment</li><li>Reviewing contractor work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with technical requirements</li><li>Proposing and implementing improvements for maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>
