<div> JOB TITLE: Assistant Dispensary Manager AUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to the Dispensary Manager</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversees Shift Supervisor(s), Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, Dispensary Entry Agents and Dispensary Entry Agent Team Lead</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Store Operations<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain store compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist the Dispensary Manager with various reports</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversee the sales process</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Inspire, motivate, supervise, and direct staff </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor and maintain inventory levels in coordination with the Inventory team and keep track of products that have expired</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage financial records and daily cash handling procedures during shift</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a clean and organized store</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>Sales and Customer Service<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Provide and inspire retail staff to deliver best-in-class customer service</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead staff to exceed goals set forth by the Vice President of Retail Operations </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Review all customer feedback, requests, and concerns and provide resolution</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">2-3 years of experience in a management environment required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Cannabis experience preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li></ul> ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess valid driver’s license or state ID</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies  </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time</li></ul>   </div>
