You’ll develop and execute the quality strategy, partner with manufacturing, product development, supplier quality, customer service and other functions to drive continuous improvement, reduce cost of poor quality (warranty, liability claims), and foster a culture of quality across the enterpriseYOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Align the global quality organization’s goals and objectives with the business priorities</li><li>Collaborate proactively with Product Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Customer Service and other business units to enhance product, process and service quality.</li><li>Drive adoption of best practices globally across business units: lean / Six Sigma, digital quality tools, continuous improvement, elimination of non-value added work</li><li>Develop and implement digital tools and analytics to monitor quality metrics globally and enable continuous improvement</li><li>Lead initiative teams and executive sponsors to deliver process improvements to ensure cultural and financial benefits realization to the organization. </li><li>Develop and implement concepts and tools from Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive transformation.</li><li>Build, develop, and mentor teams to promote/standardize/drive the simplification culture across the company.</li><li>Use strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills using data analytics and metrics to drive key decision making and proposed solutions.</li><li>Communicate the status and results of initiatives with all technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure accountability.</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment to relevant quality standards, certifications and manufacturing/quality systems</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>10 years of leadership/management experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain or product development engineering within a quality-driven environment .</li><li>Ability to travel 20% of time.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Quality/Engineering</li><li>Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE, or other quality management credentials</li><li>Experience with digital quality platforms, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement</li><li>Experience in a global manufacturing business with cross-regional responsibilities</li><li>Experience managing warranty, field quality, supplier quality and continuous improvement programs</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS <ul><li>This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.</li><li>Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.</li><li>Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.</li><li>Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.</li></ul>Pay Range:$148,300.00 - $274,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
