This will include the capture, build, and sharing of stories that inspire and excite our audiences; build affinity for ScottishPower and our people, products, and services through storytelling.What you'll be doing <ul><li>Work with Content Strategist and teams across the business to communicate initiatives that incorporate the vision, mission, values, and strategic growth priorities of ScottishPower Customer Business.</li><li>Support the translation of brand desire and value propositions into compelling stories - both short and long-form, to tell across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.</li><li>Support teams with overarching messaging that supports key business units and positions spokespeople as experts.</li><li>Help us to populate our video channels with content unique to each platform.</li><li>Help drive increased awareness of ScottishPower's products and services, as well as improving the related perception of these by consumers/external stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with the corporate team to ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>Support with reporting to measure our success across social channels.</li><li>Work with customer service agents to approve social comments.</li><li>Contribute to internal communications including plans for communicating company vision, values, and initiatives to employees to foster increased engagement.</li></ul>What you'll bring<ul><li>Experience in content creation/storytelling or similar arena</li><li>Specific experience with channels including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to form effective working relationships.
