This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support new product development, troubleshoot existing processes, and drive continuous improvement in tooling performance.</p><p>You will</p><ul><li>Create precise 3D models and detailed drawings for stamping dies using CAD software.</li><li>Develop schedules for tooling and implement improvements to enhance performance, longevity, and reliability.</li><li>Analyze and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and equipment layouts for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Evaluate product designs for technical and economic feasibility within stamping processes, providing guidance to product design teams.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues with existing dies and stamping processes to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.</li><li>Inspect and test tools, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Work closely with product designers, manufacturing engineers, and production staff to ensure designs are feasible and production runs smoothly.</li><li>Support new product development by providing die design, process development, and documentation for successful mass production.</li></ul><p>You Bring</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software and stamping process design.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience in tooling, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
