You’ll play a key role in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly across a multi-site business with a demanding user base.On-Call Requirement: Participation in an on-call rota is required, currently operating on a 5-week rotation. During on-call periods, you will be expected to provide out-of-hours support for critical IT incidents as defined by company guidelines.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll have at least 3 years of experience in a highly technical role, with the ability to complete projects independently. You’ll be confident working with Windows client operating systems, business applications, and mobile devices, and have strong knowledge of IT technologies such as Microsoft 365.
