Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the daily processing of orders that are ready to be invoiced and delivered to the customer. This position must adhere to strict KPI timeframes with regards to order processing and case management. The position will have set daily/weekly goals to be met to provide our business with the adequate support for our customer base.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complete and accurate daily processing of open orders in a billable status resulting in a customer-facing invoice.</li><li>Deliver invoices to customers using varying delivery mechanisms (mail, email, AP Portal).</li><li>Fulfills escalated invoicing requests from direct supervisor.</li><li>Assist Collections/Cash Applications/Customers with invoice related information as needed.</li><li>Account reconciliation for special delivery customers · Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>
