Heavily support system rollouts and integrations including Solver, SAP &amp; PIM.</li><li>E&amp;O Initiatives Implement directional changes from Product Management including, end of life process, fire sales, return to vendor opportunities.</li></ul> AI and Process Innovation<ul><li>Champion the use of AI tools and technologies to enhance product management workflows and decision-making.</li></ul> Engineering Change Request (ECR) Process<ul><li>Create, track and execute in the rollout and maintenance of ECR processes to improve accountability and operational rigor.</li></ul> Wholesaler Data Oversight<ul><li>Manage &amp; complete wholesaler data requests and offerings, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to channel needs.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Facilitate communication between product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives.</li></ul>• Special Projects<ul><li>Lead or support special projects involving product management operations, such as PIM, InSkill, and SAP-related initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or related discipline.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as LN, ESP_Rep, Systemwize, Global Vault, Business Objects and data analysis platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Deep understanding with product lifecycle management and operational workflows.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a high-paced, operationally complex setting and meet deadlines.</li><li>• 10% Travel</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously across business unit sites.</li><li>Experience with product management tools and methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of AI applications in business operations.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to create documentation and train others on process improvements.</li></ul>The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
