Assists in analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement for customer satisfaction.</li><li>Quality Management System: Assists in the maintenance of quality management systems, including the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.</li><li>Manufacturing Quality Assurance: Participates in risk assessment activities such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).</li><li>Contributes to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies to minimize process-related risks. Participate and support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementations.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Participates cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing/assembly process performance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Systematic Problem Solving: Analyzes information effectively to identify the root causes of problems by using the appropriate methodologies in a systematic and structured way.
