Here and some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Full-time with potential for overtime and/or weekends</li><li>Pay rate $39.00 to $48.00 an hour</li><li>Annual bonus program</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Robust technical training programs, in person and virtual, on diesel, gas, compressed air, electrical, controls, oil free air compressors, HVAC, microgrid &amp; storage and more</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement available, safety-focused culture working on brand new technology</li></ul>What you'll do:<ul><li>You'll be based out of our Bakersfield, CA service center and can expect to work in the field with up to 50 to 75%% travel.</li><li>Specialize in working on both low, medium, and high voltage switchgear including breakers with relays, motor starters, VFD’s, load break switches, transformers, load banks, and batteries.    </li><li>Install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment.​Inspect circuits for specified shielding and grounding.</li><li>Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. </li><li>Periodically inspect equipment, and locate and correct problems before breakdowns occur </li><li>Locate and determine electrical malfunctions using test equipment. </li></ul>We’re Experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training </li><li>Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design </li><li>8+ years of formal technical training </li><li>10+ years’ experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical switchgear, this will include both low volt and medium voltage power distribution gear.  Should have knowledge with protection relays and meters </li><li>Positive, self- starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality </li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
