This is an individual contributor role with broad exposure across BD, IT, Operations, and Finance.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead cross-functional projects to scale and optimize commercial systems supporting battery energy storage deals, battery materials procurement, and sales operations.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes spanning opportunity management, contracting, order fulfillment, and invoicing.</li><li>Partner with IT and Operations to develop scalable processes and system enhancements across CRM, ERP, and Redwood-built software to enable customer success.</li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and standard operating procedures as it relates to commercial systems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions that enable business growth.</li><li>Support change management, training, and rollout of new tools and workflows across teams.</li><li>Ensure alignment between commercial priorities and operational capabilities as Redwood’s business scales.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or systems-related roles.</li><li>Experience in energy storage, battery materials, or clean energy industries preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; experience with system implementation or integration is a plus.</li><li>Independent, motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.</li><li>Passion for sustainability and advancing the clean energy transition.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including meeting both qualitative and quantitative productivity standards</li><li>Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in line with ADA, FMLA, and applicable standards</li><li>Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety gloves, helmets, and eyewear, or additional PPE when required</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone, including listening and speaking</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p><ul><li>Office setting</li></ul><div><p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">The position is full-time.
