Main Responsibilities <ul><li>Assemble, test, or maintain circuitry and electro-mechanical systems, including test fixtures and cabinets, according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, or electronics knowledge, using hand or power tools.</li><li>Build and troubleshoot test fixtures and instrumentation, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to test specifications.</li><li>Assemble electrical cabinets with a focus on clean wiring, proper cable management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.</li><li>Replace defective components or parts using hand tools, precision instruments, and soldering stations, ensuring high-quality repairs.</li><li>Modify, maintain, or repair electronic equipment or systems to ensure proper functionality and reliability.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronic units, test fixtures, and electromechanical systems.</li><li>Set up and operate specialized or standard test equipment to diagnose, test, or analyze the performance of electronic components, assemblies, or systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues in test fixtures, cabinets, and control systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with engineering specifications.</li><li>Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.</li><li>First responder for problems identified by Contract Manufacturers regarding malfunction of test setup (eg. equipment, wiring, etc.)</li><li>Procure parts and maintain inventory and related documentation for test fixtures, cabinets, and electronic systems.</li><li>Document and report possible modifications to blueprints, urgent maintenance tasks and internal and external exchanges that affect a test setup. </li></ul> Key Requirements <ul><li>College Diploma or higher in Electrical or related field Experience, background.</li><li>Experience in both laboratory and manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience using electrical and mechanical equipment and tools.</li><li>Experience with wiring equipment to the North American grid.</li><li>Experience with task management software like Jira Knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.</li><li>Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.</li></ul> Bonus Skills<ul><li>Bilingual English and French written and spoken.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and strong EQ.</li><li>Autonomous, have ease in learning, good teammate, communication and problem-solving skills. </li></ul>What's in it for you<ul><li>Be part of a company that is backed by numerous globally respected investors and has world-changing patents in an industry changing for the first time in history.</li><li>Grow your professional experience amongst blue chip partners and a close-knit team of committed and experienced energy experts who deeply care about the work they do.</li><li>Employees are offered a full benefits plan including health insurance, virtual healthcare, employee stock option plan, sustainability initiatives, and flexible working hours.</li><li>Parking available onsite or walking distance from Metro Namur.</li></ul></div>
