<div>The Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) Action Fund is seeking current college, undergraduate or graduate, students, to join our Campaign and Advocacy Fellows program for the Spring 2026 session. Help us elect climate champions, advance strong environmental policy, and empower the environmental community in Massachusetts.  Background The ELM Action Fund oversees a longstanding and highly successful paid fellowship program, engaging students across Massachusetts with interests in environmental policy and political campaigns. Through the fellowship program, students connect with talented changemakers and learn valuable skills to advance their environmental careers.  Our fellows specialize in a wide range of work, from politics and policy to communications and graphic design. This position will report directly to Rob Hart, the ELM Action Fund’s Campaign &amp; Advocacy Manager, <ul><li>15 – 20 hours per week, $18 per hour </li></ul><ul><li>Responsibilities include:  </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct policy and political research </li></ul><ul><li>Read and summarize legislation </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with electoral data management </li></ul><ul><li>Campaign for our endorsed candidates (door knocking, phone banking) </li></ul><ul><li>Attend events with ELM and ELM Action Fund Staff, including political fundraisers, State House briefings, policy roundtables, and other ELM-sponsored events. </li></ul><ul><li>Hybrid work environment with both in-person and remote work required.
