If you enjoy working outdoors protecting nature’s precious resources, water, then this position is for you. The Water/Wastewater Operator regularly participates in the daily operations and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment facility as directed by the Project Manager. Employees who join Woodard &amp; Curran’s staff find a culture that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering.</span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities include</h3><ul><li>Monitor water/wastewater treatment plant processes and equipment both manually and via SCADA automation, adjusting as necessary to control their operation.</li><li>Perform water quality sampling, testing, and analysis to determine compliance with federal, state, and EPA standards.</li><li>Operate, maintain, control, and perform routine repair of plant equipment, including preventive maintenance duties.</li><li>Utilize software programs for maintenance work orders and maintains all necessary records.</li><li>Perform general maintenance duties of plant and other assigned duties.</li></ul><h3>Work Schedule &amp; On-Call Details</h3><ul><li>Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but we offer flexibility to accommodate individual needs.</li><div><br></div><li>Once established in the role, operators participate in an on-call rotation based on availability—typically ranging from every other week to once a month.
