Partner to Finance, Supply Chain, People, and Commercial Leaders</strong></h3><p>Serve as the primary technology partner for Archer’s corporate functions.<br>Work closely with CFO, CHRO, COO/Supply Chain leadership, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure systems drive efficiency, compliance, and data quality.<br>Enable tight integration between engineering, manufacturing, and back-office processes.</p><h3><strong>4. Operational Excellence &amp; System Maturity</strong></h3><p>Stabilize and mature core systems, eliminating papercuts, manual workarounds, and fragmented workflows.<br>Establish disciplined change management, clear data governance practices, and measurable SLAs.<br>Ensure systems meet audit, regulatory, and financial control requirements.</p><h3><strong>5.
