Here’s how:As a member of the People team you will be the custodian of People data and work with the whole People team to own the creation and delivery of the People Analytics strategy and roadmap. This will include developing business processes via PowerBI/LookML and Workday to enhance the Metrics and Insight offering for People Data to make a difference to the business. This role in a nutshell:Your main responsibilities will be working within the Reward Team to deliver Analytics and Insights on Reward and People data, alongside identifying and making recommendations on how to improve data integrity.
