The Global Supply Manager is r</span>esponsible for execution of post launch operations, Engineering Change Management, VA/VE, cost optimization and delivery on time assurance. This position does not have direct reports.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Lead creation and management of supplier tracking tools (scorecards, dashboards).</div></li><li><div>Oversee quarterly business reviews and deviation management.</div></li><li><div>PO creation,  tracking and delivery assurance for NPI and production parts.</div></li><li><div>Identify cost savings opportunities from end-to-end Supply Chain perspective, including but not limited to BOM optimization, packaging, freight, warehousing, and tariff analysis and mitigation.</div></li><li><div>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier material readiness, including overseeing T2 and T3 value streams.</div></li><li><div>Contribute to overall supplier Clear-To-Builds and implement best practices for managing upstream material readiness/pipeline without expediting.</div></li><li><div>Lead Engineering Change Request (ECR) negotiations, implementation and supplier alignment.</div></li><li><div>Drive and support pricing and commercial terms negotiations for on-going production and model year change requirements.</div></li><li><div>Align supplier deliveries with vehicle build plan requirements, while balancing cash flow and continuity of supply considerations.</div></li><li><div>Lead cross-functional engagement and reporting cadence to internal and external stakeholders.</div></li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>You Bring:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.</div></li><li><div>5+ years of experience in supply chain operations or procurement (minimum 2-3 years supporting stampings commodity).</div></li><li>Proven ERP and data analytics skills.</li><li>Enthusiasm and curiosity for understanding the in-scope manufacturing processes on assigned commodities.</li><li>Time management, prioritization skills.</li><li>Passion for finding and implementing improvements in the process.</li><li><div>Knowledge of quality principles, product development processes, and data analysis.</div></li><li>Proven interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help resolve problems, cascade best practices and deliver optimal results.</li><li>Experienced analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
