Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>Support in managing aftersales enquiries and claims inputs: first contact, info gathering, info analysis and document management.</li><li>Interface between our customers and JA Solar.</li><li>Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Issuance of visits reports.</li><li>Deliver support and contribute to claims resolution for our customers.</li><li>Provide service and support to Technical and Sales colleagues when customer requires visits.</li><li>Follow procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.</li><li>Follow the applicable Health &amp; Safety instructions and regulations.</li><li>Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings from customers.</li><li>Prepare documentations and work instructions.</li><li>Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>Middle professional education or above;</li><li>At least 1-year working experience in solar photovoltaic industry;</li><li>Willing to work on call duty.</li><li>Experience in document management, solution finding and execution.</li><li>Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.</li><li>Willingness to travel.</li><li>Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.</li><li>Strong customer orientation.</li><li>Fluent English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.</li><li>Driving license.</li><li>Good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.</li></ul>
