Leadership &amp; Team Management</strong><ul><li>Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams</li><li>Structured task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking</li><li>Coaching and supporting the team leads in leadership and resource planning</li></ul><strong>2. Project Management &amp; Reporting</strong><ul><li>Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects</li><li>Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)</li><li>Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO</li></ul><strong>3. Process &amp; Quality Management</strong><ul><li>Implementation and optimization of intra-team and cross-team processes</li><li>Further development of standards for documentation, control, and knowledge transfer</li><li>Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines</li></ul><strong>4. Reverions mission is to replace 19th century combustion engine technology still used today for biogas utilization with our patented high temperature fuel cell systems.
