This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and is pivotal in driving client success, deepening relationships, and ensuring our solutions consistently deliver measurable impact. What you’ll do:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.</li><li>Enhance the operating cadence of the account management team to help ensure Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90%+.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them maximize value from Ascend Analytics’ suite of solutions.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Analytics—to align client needs with innovative solutions.</li><li>Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships, increase adoption, and drive long-term success.</li><li>Champion Ascend Analytics’ values of integrity, curiosity, and excellence in every interaction.</li></ul> Who you are:<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in account management leadership.</li><li>Experienced in managing high-performing account management teams.</li><li>Passionate about energy markets, analytics, or software solutions; energy industry experience is a plus.</li><li>Skilled at translating complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.</li><li>Inspiring, collaborative, and proactive in driving client and team success.</li></ul> Join us at Ascend Analytics and lead a team that is shaping the future of energy market intelligence.
