<h3> <img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/5a38db7d55a609fe2e80133305b3a8ff.jpg" style="width:756.750291552127px;height:auto;"> Skeleton is looking for a driven and experienced </h3><h3>Process Development Engineer (m/f/x)</h3>Who will play an interconnecting role between the Technology and Process &amp; Industrial Engineering departments.Your responsibility areas:<ul><li>Development of mixing process, characterization and preparation of slurry, and filling information processes.</li><li>Tight communication and cooperation with the Process &amp; Industrial Engineering department to get the needed processes aligned for scaling up.</li><li>Coating and calendering of electrodes.</li><li>Hands-on testing and prototyping in our different lab locations, in cooperation with the R&amp;D teams. </li><li>Point of contact between our R&amp;D activities and electrode production in Markranstädt, Germany.</li><li>Planning of coating R&amp;D activities in our SuperFactory in Markranstädt and electrode optimization. </li><li>Minimizing scrap rates and achieving cost targets</li><li>Devising suggestions and implementing continuous process improvements</li><li>Communication and coordination with external parties, such as service providers and suppliers</li><li>Definition of quality measures and test plans for materials.</li><li>Devise suggestions for process flows, internal interfaces, and handover processes</li><li>Prepare presentations and drafts for decisions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education in any of these fields: chemistry, process engineering, or electrochemistry.</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in the process development from the battery industry.</li><li>At least 3 years of industrial experience in Lithium-ion cells/Batteries with proven successes.</li><li>Experiences with different processes in battery production, like calendaring, coating, mixing, etc.</li><li>Very good English in written and verbal, German beneficial.</li><li>Great communication skills - you feel comfortable in setting deadlines and following up on agreed action items.</li></ul>Benefits<ul> <li>We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.</li> <li>A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.</li> <li>A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.</li> <li>An additional day off every year for your birthday. </li> </ul>We're not just about energy storage.
