Your role:You will report to the Head of Origination France, be based in Statkraft’s Paris office and work within a team of dynamic and skilled originators. The key aspects of the role are the end-to-end origination of new business for France, supporting to manage the existing portfolio as well as business development.Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Identify, develop, negotiate and execute structured energy transactions with embedded optionality in the French markets with a focus on long-term battery offtake agreements</li><li>Contribute to pricing of BESS income streams, including ancillary markets revenues and optimiser performance</li><li>Contribute to the scaling up of the portfolio of other non-standard power, multi-commodity and guarantees of origin (GoO) contracts in the French market  </li><li>Contribute to the knowledge build-up of market fundamentals/understanding of power and GoOs in France </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with large buyers of electricity such as industrials, corporates, suppliers/retailers </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with upstream generators, IPPs, project developers, investors, banks, utilities and merchant traders</li><li>Work closely with the other Origination and Portfolio Management team members for new deal origination, structuring and pricing in order to grow and optimize the portfolio</li><li>Manage entire deal approval process with internal stakeholders and take full front-to-end ownership of implementation of new deals and products and contract management over the lifetime</li></ul>To be successful in this role requires that you: <ul><li>Possess a curiosity and continuous drive to uncover opportunities.
