Here is what you will do: <ul><li>Design of HVAC and Plumbing Installations: Plan and design HVAC and plumbing systems for buildings, covering areas such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sewage, cold/hot water, and firefighting systems. </li><li>Mechanical Calculations: Perform detailed calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical installations, ensuring system integrity and performance. </li><li>3D BIM Modeling: Utilize Revit to create 3D BIM models of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across all Levels of Development (LOD). </li><li>Technical Expertise: Provide specialized technical input and insights for studies and designs within the mechanical engineering discipline. </li><li>Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary reviews to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines. </li><li>Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings to ensure adherence to project standards. </li><li>Technical Specifications: Prepare and develop technical specification sections for HVAC and plumbing systems. </li><li>Budget and Schedule Input: Contribute to the development of engineering budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.  </li><li>Independently analyzes and applies solutions to challenging issues within area of expertise by applying critical thinking.  </li><li>Mentoring and leading less experienced engineers on projects and in their career.  </li></ul>
