<ul><li>Lead the development and coordination of Electrical BIM models across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC).</li><li>Manage the setup, maintenance, and delivery of electrical models in line with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).</li><li>Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company and project BIM standards, processes, and data management requirements.</li><li>Work within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise for collaboration and version control.</li><li>Generate electrical layouts, schematics, single line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models.</li><li>Support BIM Managers in developing workflows, templates, and quality control processes.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior BIM designers and modelers within the electrical team.</li><li>Participate in design coordination and review meetings to ensure model accuracy and design intent.</li><li>Collaborate with discipline leads and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project and client expectations.</li></ul>
