Position Overview<ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programming &amp; Scheduling Expert to lead the planning, programming, and scheduling of major bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil works, construction planning, and project management, with a proven ability to prepare and manage complex work schedules. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and expertise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop detailed work programs and schedules for major bridge projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.</li><li>Utilize advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to optimize resource allocation and project execution.</li><li>Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect progress and address delays or changes.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate construction planning and scheduling into overall project management.</li><li>Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.</li><li>Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Oversee the supervision and execution of major bridge projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize schedule disruptions.</li><li>Analyze schedule impacts of claims, variations, and unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and government authorities to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed reports on project schedules, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of project schedules, updates, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to track schedule performance and highlight key issues.</li></ul>
