The company is listed on the stock exchange since 2015 and generated revenues of € 796 million in 2022.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is how you will grow:</strong></p><p>Support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency across key accounting areas which may include but not limited to transfer pricing, vehicle cost management, inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.</p><ul><li>Complete financial accounting, analysis, and reporting tasks on time, following company policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.</li><li>Assist in consolidations and reporting for internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.</li><li>Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial periods.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve closing issues.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and IFRS accounting policies.</li><li>Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.</li><li>Provide support for intercompany transaction analysis and ensure that appropriate pricing methodologies are consistently implemented.</li><li>Support audits and respond to inquiries related to transfer pricing.</li><li>Track and analyze vehicle-related expenses including material costs, material overhead, labor and overhead, duty.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.</li><li>Reconcile vehicle cost accounts and ensure proper reporting.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions and balances.</li><li>Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in accordance with accounting standards.</li><li>Assist in physical inventory counts and variance analysis.</li><li>Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate capitalization and depreciation.</li><li>Process asset additions, disposals, and transfers.</li><li>Support periodic asset audits and reporting.</li><li>Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.</li><li>Reconcile AR subledger to general ledger.</li><li>Prepare ageing reports and assist with credit risk assessments.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>This is how you will take us forward:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Accounting</li><li>5 plus years of experience in an Accounting related function</li><li>Ability to question the reasonableness of journal entries, account balances, and the potential impact associated with various accounting activities on the company’s financial statements.</li><li>Ability to analyze financials and provide valid explanations for variances.</li><li>Ability to comprehend and comply with division policies, procedures, and operations in conducting day-to-day responsibilities.</li><li>SAP Experience and Project Management experience a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>No Sponsorship is available at this time</strong></p><p><br></p><p>EDAG Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
