Our teams typically work in hybrid mode.  Your role and responsibilities As a Tech Lead, Software Development, you will guide the technical direction of our B2B customer portal, the principal digital touchpoint for our global customer base. You will work hands-on with a team of experienced developers while serving as the architectural anchor for our modern MACH-based landscape. This is a hybrid role: part engineering excellence, part architectural thinking, part stakeholder collaboration.
