This role will help prepare detailed estimates, assist with change orders, and develop skills with digital tools while contributing to a collaborative and deadline driven environment. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Safety. Model safe work practices and ensure all estimating activities align with company safety requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Estimating Lifecycle. Deliver accurate and detailed electronic quantity takeoffs using LiveCount or Bluebeam.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Estimating Lifecycle. Assist in the collection, aggregation, and processing of cost data for estimates.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Estimating Lifecycle. Support project teams in the quantification and production of change orders.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Estimate Preparation. Draft and submit a detailed list of clarifications for all assigned scope.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Collaboration &amp; Communication. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and lead times.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Collaboration &amp; Communication. Help maintain an organized directory of suppliers an subcontractors.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Professional Growth.
