You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.<div></div>Shift Details<ul><li>Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday</li><li>Hours: 7am to 7pm</li></ul><div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform assigned work in compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, health and safety standards, and on-time delivery goals.</li><li>Conduct routine calibrations, qualifications, and equipment setups to maintain optimal performance.</li><li>Manage time and equipment usage efficiently to achieve production objectives.</li><li>Promote teamwork across shifts and foster a positive work environment focused on quality and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrate professionalism through strong work habits, time management, productivity, and safety awareness.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in efficiency, profitability, material utilization, and tool usage.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and team regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues.</li><li>Assist in updating work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.</li><li>Support process development and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.</li><li>Adhere to and recommend improvements for the 5S+1 program and contamination control protocols.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><div></div>Why Join Us?
