As a People Services Analyst, you’ll manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, resolve more complex HR inquiries, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data that powers our HR operations.This role places you at the centre of daily service delivery. You’ll answer Tier 2 questions from employees and managers, interpret policies, troubleshoot data issues, and help ensure smooth transitions through key lifecycle moments—hires, changes, moves, and exits. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate HR systems will be essential as we build scalable, consistent processes for the new hub.You’ll work closely with People Partners, Payroll teams, and external vendors to coordinate transactions and resolve issues.
