As Senior Analyst, People Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in how HR support is delivered across Europe—advising on complex issues, improving systems and processes, and ensuring every employee transaction is handled with clarity and precision.In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for lifecycle transactions and policy interpretation. When Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams encounter issues that require seasoned judgment, you’ll step in—resolving cases, investigating data discrepancies, and guiding others through ambiguity. Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, company policies.You’ll also help new colleagues get up to speed, strengthen SOP documentation, and represent the region in ongoing improvement initiatives. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll work closely with People Partners, CoEs, and business leaders.
