As a People Support Analyst, you will be one of the first points of contact for HR inquiries across Europe—providing clarity, guidance, and a reliable employee experience as our hub comes to life.In this role, you’ll manage a wide variety of Tier 1 inquiries and step in to support Junior Analysts when questions become more complex. You’ll combine policy knowledge with analytical thinking to resolve issues, reconcile conflicting information, and guide employees toward self-service options wherever possible. Your insights will help us strengthen our knowledge base, improve processes, and shape how the new centre delivers service at scale.You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global People Services teams, aligning processes and sharing best practices to ensure a consistent experience across countries.
