You’ll focus on qualifying inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and sales, and conducting proactive outbound calls to existing customers and prospects.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Inside Sales Consultant: <ul><li>Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing leads into sales through consultative phone-based selling </li><li>Conduct proactive outbound calling to existing customers and prospects for new business development </li><li>Achieve individual revenue targets through balanced approach of inbound conversion and outbound prospecting </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable short-term sales forecasts </li><li>Build and maintain customer relationships through systematic follow-up processes </li><li>Collaborate with field sales teams on lead handoffs and account coordination </li></ul>You are/ have:<ul><li>Previous sales experience (minimum 1+ years) with ability to build rapport and handle objections </li><li>Ideally have a background in equipment rental, power solutions, or technical products</li><li>Ideally have experience with both inbound lead qualification and outbound cold calling conversion</li><li>Success in consultative selling approaches over the phone</li><li>Phone-based consultative selling with effective questioning and remote relationship building</li><li>History of cross-selling and upselling in existing customer relationships in high-performance sales environments</li><li>Rapid needs assessment to identify requirements and urgency during brief conversations</li><li>Clear verbal communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences</li><li>Multi-tasking capability managing concurrent conversations with CRM accuracy</li><li>Basic experience with CRM systems or systematic record-keeping approaches </li><li>History of meeting targets or performance standards in previous roles </li><li>Willingness to learn outbound cold calling techniques and embrace proactive prospecting approach </li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Opportunity to develop your sales skills and product knowledge related to power solutions and temperature control equipment hire</li><li>Hybrid work arrangements</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li><li>Community volunteering program</li><li>A range of career development opportunities including development into a field sales position (if desired)</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
