Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center</li><li>Competitive compensation - Base pay between $140K and $150K</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Promoting Aggreko brand and identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships.</li><li>Mentor and/or coach local sales representatives in approach and technique as needed.</li><li>Promoting Aggreko brand and identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships.</li><li>Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels and price determination, new product development initiatives to support prioritization and investment decision-making.</li><li>Assist in the annual development of sales &amp; marketing budget and plan in coordination with company budget and strategy.</li><li>Spend time targeting, developing, and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing national accounts that are in alignment with personal and company goals and strategies.</li><li>Assist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study.</li><li>Identify and evaluate customer needs, develop customer relationships, and implement sales strategies to progress customer relationships.</li><li>Responsible for annual development of sales &amp; marketing budget and plan in coordination with company budget and strategy.</li><li>Design and implement marketing plan and sales programs, which focus on external as well as internal “awareness” of targeted sectors or national accounts, promote new markets and improve competitive position.</li></ul>We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>5-7 years of direct business to business sales management experience</li><li>Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building services &amp; construction, Manufacturing, &amp; Utility Sector</li><li>Excellent coaching, closing and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical</li><li>bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
