This role serves as a key liaison between Operations and Accounting, ensuring route data, service documentation, and billing transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant.</p><p>This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.</p><h2></h2><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h2>Route Closure &amp; Validation</h2><ul><li><p>Review and reconcile completed daily routes in TRUX</p></li><li><p>Verify customer details, service types, container information, tonnage, and job completion</p></li><li><p>Validate required documentation (load slips, disposal weights, proof of service, signatures)</p></li><li><p>Ensure documents are uploaded via TRUX or mobile applications</p></li><li><p>Confirm routes are properly closed for billing</p></li><li><p>Enter assigned billing transactions, including credits and debits</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h2>Reporting &amp; Reconciliation</h2><ul><li><p>Generate and distribute operational and accounting reports, including:</p><ul><li><p>Daily Route Audit Reports</p></li><li><p>Monthly Customer Billing Summaries</p></li><li><p>Monthly invoicing support packages with required documentation</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Export route and production data for reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Track and resolve route exceptions prior to invoicing</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Dispute Resolution</h2><ul><li><p>Support Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting with billing inquiries</p></li><li><p>Research missing documentation, incomplete work orders, and route discrepancies</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h2>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h2><ul><li><p>Partner closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Accounting</p></li><li><p>Communicate data gaps and required corrections</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement of billing and route-closing processes</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in billing, dispatch administration, accounting, or route-based services preferred</p></li><li><p>TRUX or similar waste/transportation systems experience an asset</p></li><li><p>Strong data accuracy and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Excel and reporting tools</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with large daily data volumes</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Compensation</h2><ul><li><p>Base salary range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year</p></li><li><p>This salary range reflects the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.</p></li><li><p>Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, internal equity, and market conditions.</p></li></ul><h2>Success Measures</h2><ul><li><p>Routes accurately closed and reconciled daily</p></li><li><p>Timely billing with minimal adjustments or credits</p></li><li><p>Improved billing accuracy and reduced backlog</p></li><li><p>Clear alignment between Operations and Accounting</p></li><li><p>Consistent, reliable billing support for internal teams</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
