Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to manage and continuously improve our ERP services, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and the Business Transformation Platform.This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on expertise in ERP systems to ensure operational excellence and drive digital transformation.<ul><li>You lead and develop a team of IT professionals, focusing on coaching, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>You assume End-to-End Service Ownership for critical ERP applications (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), ensuring optimal functionality and timely incident resolution.</li><li>You define and optimize IT service standards, operational guidelines, and architectural frameworks in alignment with the global IT strategy.</li><li>You design and document robust business processes and functional specifications, translating complex requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>You manage Integrations and scalability by overseeing system interfaces, cloud services, and the coordination of change management activities (releases, demand planning).</li><li>You drive project execution, planning and delivering complex ERP projects on time, within scope, and within budget, in close collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>You control vendor and partner relationships, actively managing external providers (hosting, implementation) and software vendors to maximize service quality.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable.</li><li>Profound experience in a leadership role, ideally as SAP Team Lead of a multicultural team.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP application portfolio, ITIL, and project management methodologies.</li><li>High problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and initiative to proactively take ownership within your area of responsibility.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are a plus.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
